Guests who voluntarily choose to depart before their confirmed check-out date may not be entitled to refunds, credits, or adjustments for unused nights, accommodation services, or package inclusions unless otherwise agreed in writing by the management of Thilaga White House.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of confirmation. However, the actual time required for the refunded amount to appear in the original payment method may vary depending on the payment gateway, issuing bank, card provider, or financial institution involved.
